XIMB has long championed the cause of management education with an international outlook. Over the years, the Institute has consciously worked towards creating a unique learning experience so as to expose its student community to diversity in culture. This multi-cultural learning environment developed through exchange programs  gives students an exposure that helps them improve language skills, understand other cultures, and broaden social horizons. The international relations committee helps facilitate student exchange and maintain relationships with partner universities.
